Can we pick our own products to go in the machine?
Yes, you can choose from the wide range of goods we carry. If there is a good you’re looking for that isn’t on the list, simply let us know, and we’ll work with you to get it in the machine.
Will it cost to have a machine on site?
No, the machine is completely free of charge. The only cost which you will bare is for the electricity it uses and taking into consideration all our machines are eco-friendly, the costing will be minimal.
How long will it take to get a machine on site?
Somewhere between 5 to 10 working days.
How often will you refill and maintain the machine?
Depending on how often the machine needs restocking. Most machines have back to base monitoring which allows the machine to be monitored at all times by phone or computer and receive notifications when stock is low or the machine may need attention.
